I beg most respectfully to state that I am an employer of your company.  But I am sorry to say that a few days ago, I was seriously facing a problem in my neck. Then I met a doctor. He advised me that I needed to operation. So, I need 20 days advance leave from  01.12.2023 to 20.12.2023 for operation and bed rest.

I therefore pray and hope that you would kindly grant my prayer for 20 days leave of advance.
