Sir,
We beg to state that we are the people of ABC village in your district. Our village is small but beautiful. There flows a canal through our village. During the rainy season, the canal fills with water. Then it becomes a matter of our sorrow. We cannot go to the market on foot. The students cannot go to school without boats. So, we need a bridge over the canal.

We therefore pray and hope that you would kindly build a bridge over a canal in our village.
