We beg to state that we are the people of Ark village in your Upazila. Our village is an ideal village in your Upazila. But it is sorry to say that most of the people in our area are poor. They are not able to meet a qualified doctor and buy medicine. As a result, they suffer much. So we need a charitable dispensary in our area. 

We therefore pray and hope that you would kindly set up a charitable dispensary in our area.
