Akash: How are you?

Megla: I am fine. Thank you. And you?

Akash: I am reading an article about the road accident.

Megla: Oh, I see.

Akash: Recently, road accidents have increased horribly. Have you noticed it?

Megla: Yes, I have noticed. It is increasing day by day. What are the causes of it? Can you please tell me?

Akash: Yes, of course.  There are many causes behind the road accident. Rush driving is a major cause of road accidents. Overtaking tendency of drivers is also responsible for road accidents.

Megla: Then.

Akash: Besides, defective and old vehicles increase road accidents. 

Megla: Oh, I see. Then.

Akash: Lack of proper traffic education, Carelessness of drivers, use of mobile phones while driving, etc. are also responsible for road accidents.

Megla: Oh, I see. What are the effects of road accidents?

Akash: The effects of road accidents are enormous. Many people become the victims of temporary and permanent injuries. It also increases medical costs, insurance losses, property damage, family income losses, and traffic congestion. 

Megla: Oh, so sad. But how can we solve this problem?

Akash: Some measures can be taken to control road accidents. Roads need to be constructed with proper planning. Modern traffic control systems should be introduced. Defective vehicles should be removed. Driving licenses should be issued honestly and duly. Moreover, people in general need to obey traffic rules. And thus, we can minimize road accidents.
