Sir,
We beg to state that we are the students in class 9 of your school. Our school is one of the best school in our area. There is a big common room in our school. But it is sorry to say that we get a few facilities from our common room. Our common room is not well decorated. We cannot enjoy our off period because we have lack of indoor sports materials. There is a shortage of newspapers and magazines in our common. So we need some more facilities to refresh our mind and develop our skills.

We therefore pray and hope that you would kindly enough to increase common room facilities.
