Climax:

Climax means the moment of highest intensity and interest in drama or story. It happens at the height of a plot. It is usually also the crisis or turning point point of the fortunes of the protagonist in drama or storyIt can be the top of the rising action.  In some works,  the climax follows closely upon the turning point. 

For Examples:

The murder of Desdemona is the climax of William Shakespeare's Othello. Because, it is the turning point of Othello's vow to kill her.
