Sir,
We beg to state that we are the people of your district. We would like to draw your attention to the disturbing fact that we are suffering from some very hideous anti-social activities by some bad people. They are making our lives difficult and dirty. They often tease school and college-going youth girls. They always gather at turns of the road and footpaths. In there, they take narcotics. They always cheat the shopkeepers and old people. Now we are fed up with their violence. So, we need your kind measures to get rid of this crisis.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps against the anti-social activities as soon as possible.
