We bag to state that we are the students of your university. Our university is one of the best universities in Bangladesh. The education system of our university is very good. But We would like to inform you that The students, as well as the teachers, are using a cell-phone in the class and even in the examination hall. The ringtone of the cell phones is frequently heard during the class hour or even in the examination hall. As a result, the teaching environment in the classroom is greatly hampered. As a result, the students are not being able to concentrate on the class activities well. The examinees in the examination hall cannot write their answers properly if someone talks over the cell phones in the examination hall. So, the use of cell phones by both students and teachers should be stopped in the classroom and examination hall.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps for not allowing any student or teacher to use the cell phone in the class or in the examination hall and oblige thereby.
